Couples Date Night In Ideas

If you know me, you know I am a homebody! While not working on the weekends, catching up with friends or traveling around Texas; I’m at home snuggled up with my hubby Jimmy and pup Brady! We love a game night, but sometimes (most of the time) it’s just us and we need a few more players for an exciting game night, ya know.

So, I decided to come up with a list of couples date night-in ideas! From romantic, to silly and informative; here is my list!

Such an affordable and creative way to keep the spark in the relationship and learn new things about your partner. From daily activities to date night prompts, it’s the best and honestly so much fun!

2. LEARN YOUR LOVE LANGUAGES!!

The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love that Lasts is a great bonding book. This book will teach you about your love language and also find out your partner’s love language. This is also where you find out what is NOT your love language. Sometimes we can have miscommunication just from our love form. There is also books specifically for children, men, women, etc. Check out Gary’s books!

There is also this book- Now You’re Speaking My Language: Honest Communication and Deeper Intimacy for a Stronger Marriage by Gary Coleman, same guy as above! We enjoyed reading after 5 Love Languages, as it is one of the many sequels.

• either find a mason jar around your house or go out and get one for your next DIY date night project.

  Fill the jar with date night ideas from each of you! I say put about 10 -20 date night ideas in the jar. Then you’ll have one for almost all of the weeks of the year. From park dates to bougie nights out, if you can dream it you can put it in the jar!
